My work · 05 case studies
Each project starts with a user problem and ends with a number that moved. Here’s how I got there.
I led the redesign of Thndr’s sign-up and KYC flow, rebuilding it around one decision per screen, and grew the token-based design system that carries it in light and dark mode.

A guided flow that builds new investors a starter portfolio they understand, and four micro-interactions that each do one job. Designed, prototyped and handed off at Thndr, one of MENA’s leading investment platforms.

I redesigned ThndrX, Thndr’s advanced web platform for active traders, turning a light MVP built on Ant Design into a dark, branded workspace of widgets that traders arrange, save and theme for themselves.

A research-led redesign of the cart-to-payment flow for a furniture and home marketplace with 4M+ users. It found the real cause of drop-off, silent changes when the address changed, and lifted order completion by 18%.

I redesigned Thndr’s referral program on both the user and the admin side, pairing a clearer experience with smarter reward rules. Abuse fell from 12% to 1.3% while eligible referrals rose from 30% to 74%.

More about me
I started in UX design because I kept noticing it everywhere: in a confusing ticket machine, a checkout that made me give up, an app that just felt right. Seven years later, I still can’t switch that off.
Most of my work lives where money and trust meet: investing, payments, marketplaces and the enterprise tools behind them. I care about the metric as much as the pixel, so I work close to product and engineering, and lately I prototype in real code with AI to test ideas before they cost a sprint.
Off the clock
When I’m not in Figma or a code editor, I’m usually somewhere with a camera and good walking shoes.
New cities, unfamiliar streets and how other cultures solve everyday problems. Every trip is quiet user research.
Light, framing and the one detail that makes a scene. The same eye for composition I bring to interfaces.
Long trails and a clear head. It’s where the tangled problems from the week tend to untangle themselves.
